Substance Abuse and Families

WELCOME

Substance abuse is a major issue plaguing the United States, including Utah. Substance abuse does not just affect the user. It affects all of society, and most importantly, the family of the substance abuser. Because of the prevalence of substance abuse in our communities and the impact it has on our families, there is a strong need to provide up-to-date knowledge and education to the clinicians attempting to provide treatment for this population. This conference will provide clinicians with the opportunity to expand their knowledge and skills to better treat their substance abusing clients and their families.
